  • SCC Club Paddles Cancelled until further notice

    April 11, 2020  9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Quay Lane, Quay Ln, Sudbury CO10, UK

    Corona Virus (COVID- 19) update:

Due to the Government regulations concerning the virus and the need to maintain minimal contact the Committee have halted the club events and weekly paddling. This will continue until the ban on public meetings and safety has been lifted. We would also like to remind you that peer paddles could also help spread the virus and since paddling alone can be a danger and your safety should be paramount please consider whether paddling is a necessity during this period.

We all love to paddle but the water will still be there when we all return to normality so please be considerate and follow the government guidelines below.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): what you need to do

    Stay at home

    • If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
    • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

Do not meet others, even friends or family.

You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
